Pulsarlube Products
Pulsarlube M Series 60, 125, 250, 500
The Pulsarlube M automatic grease lubricator is primarily designed to compensate the performance of conventional gas type automatic grease lubricator. It is designed to ensure reliable lubrication and at the same time reduce lubrication expenses with cost-saving Service Packs.
Pulsarlube E Series 60, 120, 240
The Pulsarlube E is the brand’s smallest lubricator which can easily be installed in confined areas with limited space. It is designed to offer superior advantages in cost competitiveness and user friendliness over conventional gas type SPL units. It operates based on the proven technology of electrochemical reaction which generates inert Nitrogen gas through the systematic use of an electrolyte and electrical energy.
Pulsarlube S
The Pulsarlube S is an advanced spring type lubricator operates with the spring at the bottom and an upward piston movement, which dramatically reduces the effects of oil separation that have plagued traditional spring type lubricators.
Pulsarlube OL 500
The Pulsarlube OL500 oil lubricator consists of the main body with a vertical self-priming pump controlled by the microprocessor, a 500ml oil reservoir, and a battery pack. This product has the ability to precisely deliver very small amounts of lubricant with selectable intermittent dispensing cycle. The volume of output is adjustable from 0.70ml to 33.4ml/day, equivalent to the service period of Half month to 24months for the 500ml oil reservoir. It is available with up to 4 feeds by using optional installation kits.
Backed by years of research and development, Pulsarlube offers a wide range of superior products to meet the needs of our customers.
Accurate automatic lubrication can extend bearing life which will reduce replacement and repair costs while avoiding unnecessary downtimes. Pulsarlube lubricators provide solutions for various applications and environments.
Pumps
Pumps are one of the most common applications for Pulsarlube products. They are subject to high water, chemical and corrosive material contamination. It is mandatory to maintain the constant flow of grease to seal out contaminants. If the seal can be effectively lubricated and purged by use of Pulsarlube products, the bearing failures and maintenance budget can be dramatically reduced.
Electric Motors
Electric motor lubrication is ideally suited to the Single Point Lubrication concept. However, electric motor bearings are lubricated less frequently than other bearing types. Over lubrication must be avoided because it can result in greater problems than under lubrication. When Pulsarlube units are used on electric motors, be sure to follow manufacturers’ recommendation and that the bearing housing has a grease vent port.
Conveyers
Conveyors are widely used in cement, mining, steelmaking, food/beverage, and brewery industry. They are key elements to keep the high productivity and efficiency of manufacturing operation and subject to heavy dust/dirt, high water, chemical and other corrosive material contamination. Pulsarlube units are typically fitted to the bearing housings to lubricate pulley bearings.
Robots
Lubrication plays a critical role in your machinery lifetime and its performance. Robots are not exceptional. Industrial robots are programmable manipulators that contain rotary and/or prismatic joints in order to perform precise, repetitive movements. They are designed to move parts, tools, materials, and devices through variable, programmed motions. All the joints that move require proper lubrication.
Blowers
Blowers widely used in most industries are usually located in high places and roof side which results in long re-lubrication interval if done by manual greasing. Irregular greasing feeding will eventually lead to premature failure and end up with high repair costs and downtime.
Cooling Towers
A cooling tower is a piece of equipment that drives a primary cooling effect from the evaporation of water when brought into direct contact with air. Gears and bearings in cooling-tower systems operate in extremely difficult environments—marked by high moisture content, high temperatures and high risk of particulate contamination.
